No it is not always guaranteed. In fact the hotel is committed to grant the discount when it is certain that his room will remain free so the discount is applicable base on expected availability of rooms, and if the landlord knows he can fill his hotel with customers paying full price, it may not apply the discount.

Do your hotels still offer these discounts? ?
It is a convention that each hotel has signed with BookingAfriq.com. The hotel agrees to accept any valid BookingAfriq.com card and provide the holder the corresponding discount on the normal room rates throughout the year, subject to availability expected from them. The hotels are right not to apply the discount if they expect their rooms to be full with customers paying full price.
It is therefore wise for you to spend as long as possible in advance exclusively on the site BookingAfriq.com or its affiliate to confirm the use of your card on arrival at the hotel.
Of course, this reduction applies only on the price of your room and can not be combined with another reduction system that the hotel could offer (special weekend price, hotel group card, etc.)...
Am I having any obligation in the hotel?
None. You are not obliged to any consumer or whatever service offered in the hotel. Note, remission only applies to room rates and any other service you require on the site will be billed at the normal rate (breakfast, restaurant, laundry ...)
Can the card be issued in the name of a company?
The cards are always personal and individual. They may, if you want your company name, plus the name of the recipient. Discounts are given for multiple purchases within a single company.
The service at the hotel is complete?

What happens if something goes wrong with an hotelier?
